Products Returns and Refunds
At Redeem Therapeutics, we stand behind our products 100%. We work hard to ensure that our quality is second to none. We’re so convinced that our products will make improvements to the appearance of your scars that if any product doesn’t meet your expectations, we want you to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery and we will happily give you a full refund.
It’s that easy.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. All you have to do is send us an email to [email protected] to request your return. We will send you a return shipping label at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product we will credit the cost of the product back to your card.
